We
will make is a coffee shop that will sell various kinds of fresh coffee drinks in the
world. Our target markets are office employees and students, because we have a coffee shop has been strategically from
the office and campus. The VERTHC Coffee shop in Pejaten, south Jakarta. For
the price we offer an average of 25 thousand rupiah for a cup of hot coffee and 30 thousand
rupiah for a cup of iced coffee. We think the price is quite affordable for the office employees
and the students in general.
With the prediction of total capital to make a cup of coffee including
operational cost is 12-15 thousand rupiah then we projected profit margin about
100% of total capital of cup of coffee.
My
name is Thalia, I work as a waiter at the coffee shop. My job as the
waiter is, serve the customers who order a coffee or food. I will bring
their order and I will also raise your glass and their plates after they
finished eating and drinking. I will clean the dirty. I’m always on alert if
customers need my help.
I will
come early before the coffee shop open and the I will also be home very late
from the other, because my job is to clean the coffee shop before open and
after closing coffee shop. If there is no customer who needed me, I’ll be standing
in front of the door to open the door and greet the customers who just came in
and coming home. This is the work of the most tiring. But, I am so
grateful for having a job than be unemployed.
